This is a simple marinade that goes very good with all big game meat.
Cut and trim your game meat into single serving size and place in a plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup vineger and two tablespoons (approx) of your favorite seasoning, I prefer Montreal Steak Seasoning. Coat every piece completely and put in to the refrigerator and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
Remove from the bag and grill until done. Your gonna like it.....
